- Milk                            : 1 liter liquid
- White Vinegar      : 2 tablespoons
- Salt               : a pinch
Preparation Method:
- Heat 1 liter of milk in a pot.
- Stir continuously to prevent sticking to the bottom.
- When the milk boils, add vinegar to the center of the milk and stir.
- The water will separate from the milk and become curd.
- ¼ cup of water should be kept separately from that water.
- Now, place the curd on a thin cotton cloth and hang the cloth for 4-5 hours.
- Â After all the water has dropped out, put it in a blender and mix it with salt and 2 teaspoons of separate water to make cream cheese.Â
8. Cream cheese can be kept in an airtight container in a normal fridge for up to 3 days.
